The MediaTek Dimensity 9500, launched September 22, 2025, is built on TSMC's 3nm process and uses a third-generation All Big Core CPU with a 4.21 GHz C1-Ultra prime core alongside an Arm Mali-G1 Ultra MC12 GPU. In real-world AnTuTu V11 testing, the chip scored 3,331,723 points with a GPU subscore of 1,330,281 — placing it around 22% ahead of Snapdragon 8 Elite overall and over 25% ahead on GPU performance specifically. In gaming, the Mali-G1 Ultra delivers 90 to 120 FPS in PUBG Mobile and Genshin Impact, supports 120fps ray-traced rendering, and is backed by UFS 4.1 storage and Wi-Fi 7 connectivity. The chip's most significant limitation for gamers is thermal throttling — dropping to 59% CPU performance in sustained load tests and achieving only 45% GPU stability in 3DMark's stress loop. Phones using the Dimensity 9500 include the Vivo X300 Pro, Oppo Find X9, and Honor Magic8 Pro Air.
