The Redmi Turbo 5 is tipped to launch in India on June 18, 2026, marking the first-ever Redmi Turbo series debut in the country. It will reportedly be accompanied by the Redmi 17 5G at the same event. The Turbo 5 is expected to feature a 6.58-inch 1.5K AMOLED display, Dimensity 8500-Ultra chipset, 7,560mAh battery with 100W charging, dual 50MP + 8MP rear cameras, a 20MP selfie camera, and IP66/68/69/69K water resistance ratings. The Redmi 17 5G is expected to target the budget segment with a Snapdragon 4 Gen 4 chipset, high refresh rate LCD display, 50MP rear camera, and a 7,000mAh+ battery running HyperOS 3 on Android 16. Neither launch date nor full specifications have been officially confirmed by Xiaomi. Both devices are available for notification on Amazon India and Xiaomi's website ahead of the official announcement.
