Samsung Camera Assistant Expands to Galaxy A and M Series: Which Phones Are Now Supported

Samsung has expanded Camera Assistant support to eight new smartphones and five tablets, all requiring One UI 8.5. The newly supported phones are the Galaxy A34, A35, A36, A37, A57, M34, M35, and M36. On the tablet side, the Galaxy Tab S9, Tab S9 FE, Tab S10, Tab S10 FE, and Tab S11 are now included. Camera Assistant is a Galaxy Store app that gives users deeper control over the camera experience, including options to disable Auto Lens Switching during video recording, toggle Focus Peaking for sharper manual focus, enable HDR10+, customize shutter button behavior, monitor audio in real time during video, disable OIS, and hide unused viewfinder status indicators. Not every feature is available on every device, as some options depend on the camera hardware in the specific phone. The app is accessed through the Samsung camera app Settings menu.
